Accountant

1. Company Secretarial (CS) Work

• Assist in company and LLP incorporation.
• Prepare and file ROC/MCA forms, including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, DPT-3, ADT-1 and other applicable forms.
• Assist in annual filings and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Draft board resolutions, minutes, notices, agendas and other secretarial documents.
• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
• Assist in director-related compliances, share allotments and other corporate actions.
• Coordinate with clients for documents, signatures, DSCs and OTPs.
• Maintain compliance trackers and monitor filing deadlines.

2. Chartered Accountant (CA) Work

• Assist in bookkeeping, accounting and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and notes to accounts.
• Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
• Assist in TDS return preparation, verification and filing.
• Assist in GST returns and related compliance work.
• Assist in tax audits, statutory audits and internal audits by preparing supporting documents and working papers.
• Verify invoices, bank statements, ledgers and other financial records.
• Assist in preparing reconciliations and responding to queries from seniors.
• Maintain tax filing records, challans and acknowledgements.

3. General Responsibilities

• Draft professional emails and client communications.
• Collect and verify documents required for statutory filings.
• Conduct basic research on company law, taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and seniors to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
