Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Junior Accountant with at least 6 months of accounting experience to join our office in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. In this role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice creation, billing records, and routine financial ledger updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain daily transaction entries, updates to general ledgers, and cash/bank book entries.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate client invoices, process vendor bills, and verify transaction receipts.
• Data Verification: Reconcile daily sales records, counter collections, and banking entries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital records of bills, vouchers, tax invoices, and payment receipts.
• Reporting: Assist senior management with weekly and monthly expense tracking and financial reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in basic accounting or bookkeeping.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software (Tally Prime / Busy / MS Excel).
• Skills: Basic knowledge of GST billing, voucher entry, and basic math calculations.
• Location: Candidates residing in or near Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, or East Delhi (Mayur Vihar / Anand Vihar / Vaishali) are preferred.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per year
