Job Description

WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location: MumbaiExperience: 1–3years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare sales invoices and payment vouchers using Tally.
Handle daily accounting entries and maintain records.
Work on MS Excel and Word.
Make phone calls to customers and suppliers for payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the accounts department.
Maintain invoice records and payment status.
Handle routine office and accounts-related work.

Requirements:

B.Com graduate preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
