At Sparkling Mindz, Learning is Forever and Everywhere (LIFE), and every facilitator, through regular mentoring, observations, and reflective conversations, continues to grow just like the children they work with.
Once they join us, facilitators go through continuous training focused on:
Job Description: Keeping track of ongoing payments and expenses in accounting software like tally Providing information regarding pending payables and receivables and tracking it regularly Generating invoices and receipts for payments Maintaining records and calculations for monthly statutory payments Filing of bills and invoices for record keeping Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in accounting Excellent English Language Communication skills Proficient knowledge of Tally, Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
