Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, an understanding of financial transactions, and a willingness to learn accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Assist with preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Support GST-related documentation and basic TDS calculations.
• Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with monthly reports and financial statements.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding bills and payments.
• Work on accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime, or other relevant tools.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related qualification.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
• Good numerical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
