We are looking for an experienced and qualified Accountant to manage financial transactions, accounting operations, statutory compliance, GST and TDS filings, and financial reporting.

Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, handling service invoicing, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.

We are specifically looking for someone with practical experience in GST and TDS compliance, Tally ERP, financial reporting, and reconciliations, preferably from a service-sector organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and assist in GST filing (GSTR-1/GSTR-3B) and TDS returns, using Tally ERP for invoicing and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Oversee vendor payments, compliance in service-sector transactions, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GST/TDS processes.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet all the following criteria:

• MBA in Finance OR Semi-Qualified CA (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in service-sector companies.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Hands-on experience in TDS calculations, return filing, and challan payments.
• Expert working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Practical experience in service invoicing, bank reconciliation, and vendor management.
• Ability to prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
• Fluency in any TWO of the following languages, including reading and writing:
• Telugu
• Hindi
• English
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in service-based organizations.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and statutory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, vendors, and management.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet financial reporting deadlines.

Location Eligibility – Important

• Candidates must currently reside in Hyderabad.
• This is a full-time, work-from-office position.
• Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office regularly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
