Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and statutory compliance at our organization in Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate should have a B.Com qualification, strong knowledge of general accounting entries, and practical experience with Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS. Candidates with relevant accounting experience in education, service organizations, or CA firms are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and general accounting entries.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, books of accounts, and financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Handle GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance support.
• Manage banking transactions and maintain supporting documents.
• Use Tally and ERP systems for accounting and record maintenance.
• Prepare reports, statements, and Excel-based financial data.
• Verify invoices, bills, payment records, and expense entries.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for accounting-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com is mandatory.
• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of general accounting entries.
• Working knowledge of Tally and ERP/accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Practical understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates with relevant accounting experience in CA firms, educational institutions, or service-based organizations are preferred.

Candidates should have practical experience in general accounting and routine financial operations. Experience in manufacturing cost accounting alone may not be sufficient for this role.
