About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting functions, billing verification, and tax compliance at our Nal Stop office. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Tally, Advanced Excel, and GST invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Verification: Perform thorough checking and reconciliation of vendor bills, purchase orders, and outgoing client invoices before booking.

Accounting & Data Entry: Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally (Tally Prime) in an accurate and timely manner.

Tax Invoicing & GST: Prepare and issue proper GST-compliant tax invoices, track GST input/output credit, and assist with basic GST/TDS filings.

Excel Reporting: Maintain daily ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, cash-flow statements, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.

Compliance & Coordination: Handle petty cash, vendor payments, routine audits, and document filing.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent finance degree.

Experience: 2+ years of core accounting experience.

Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

Taxation Knowledge: Sound understanding of GST rates, Tax Invoicing rules, and basic TDS deductions.

Location Preference: Candidates residing near Nal Stop, Erandwane, Kothrud, Deccan, or Shivajinagar will be preferred.
