Accountant cum Admin

Roles & Responsibilities – Accountant cum Admin Executive

• Prepare invoices, quotations, and Proforma Invoices (PI) in Tally.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expenses, payables, receivables, and petty cash records.
• Handle customer emails and respond to enquiries on a daily basis.
• Coordinate transportation and arrange dispatch of goods to customers.
• Send payment reminders to customers twice a month and follow up until payment is received.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and budget reports.
• Coordinate with the CA for GST filing, taxation, audits, and account reconciliation.
• Ensure timely payment of GST and other applicable taxes.
• Maintain records of transportation, canteen, stationery, tools, packing materials, and other expenses.
• Coordinate the purchase of office and shop-floor requirements.
• Call shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and follow up on interview schedules.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operations is mandatory.
• Good English speaking and writing skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.

Qualification: B.Com or Mcom freshers / experienced preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
