Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Maintain and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Manage GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
