Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the end-to-end financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, preferably within a fast-paced startup or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, accounts payable/receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance. Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and banks. Maintain accurate financial records and support internal/external audits. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks. Support funding and investment processes with proper financial documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or equivalent is a plus). 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or startup environment. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. Hands-on experience with Excel and financial reporting. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
