We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive with at least 2-3 years of accounting experience. The candidate should be proficient in handling day-to-day accounting function including GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor payments and pretty cash management. Key responsibilities: Recording receipt and payment entries accurately Performing bank reconciliation on a daily basis Managing TDS and GST calculations and payments Processing vendor payments and maintaining vendor ledgers Maintaining petty cash and updating records regularly Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role Good knowledge of TDS, GST, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar strong MS Excel skills Accuracy and attention to detail Please send resume on Whatsapp -8655445278 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English, Marathi, Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
