Key Responsibilities (KRA): • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote security & facility management services. • Identify and acquire new business clients, manage leads, and maintain client relationships. • Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations. • Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and daily operational requirements. • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. • Achieve monthly business and operational targets. • Maintain MIS reports and support management in decision-making.
