KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks relevant to the Indian IT market. Resume Screening: Parse specialized qualifications and skills to accurately screen and shortlist resumes for technical relevance and role alignment. Candidate Engagement: Craft and send targeted recruiting emails to passive candidates, keeping them informed and interested in current job opportunities. Pre-Screening Interviews: Perform pre-screening interviews to assess candidates experience, technical strengths, and cultural fit. Interviewing Techniques: Conduct interviews using diverse methods, including technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and structured questioning. Task & Job Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of job tasks and responsibilities to clearly document role expectations and required competencies. KPI Performance: Maintain excellence in achieving personal recruitment KPIs such as sourcing targets, submittal timelines, interview-to-offer ratios, and placement numbers. Market & Technology Awareness: Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and talent availability in the Indian IT ecosystem. Employer Branding: Promote the company's and client's reputation in the talent marketplace through positive candidate interactions and consistent representation. Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with recruitment leads, delivery teams, and hiring stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, feedback, and execution. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in ATS and spreadsheets, adhere to recruitment processes, and perform other duties as directed by leadership. REQUIRED: MUST BE TECHNICALLY SAVVY, MUST BE TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE 7-10+ years prior experience as a US Technical Recruiter Must be experienced with W2, 1099, recruitment Must be well-versed in Visa and Work Authorizations Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a high-quality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles. Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills Exceptional time-management and organizational skills A solid technical background is needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured, phone, Google Meet) Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.) Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and HR practices Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting LOCATION Remote India Based - Full Time - EST Hours
