We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Travel Planner who can create personalized travel packages tailored to our clients’ preferences, interests, and budgets. From flights and accommodations to tours and activities, you will handle all aspects of travel planning to deliver seamless and unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget Research and design custom travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transport, and activities Provide professional advice and recommendations based on destination knowledge Coordinate bookings and reservations, ensuring smooth end-to-end travel experiences Manage changes, cancellations, or issues during the travel process Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories Requirements: Proven experience as a travel agent, travel consultant, or planner In-depth knowledge of popular destinations, airlines, and tour operators Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage several client itineraries at once Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and tools Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Preferred Qualifications: Certification in travel or tourism is a plus Experience with group tours, luxury travel, or corporate travel planning Familiarity with CRM or travel management software Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Ability to commute/relocate: Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: 6 months: 4 years (Preferred) Language: English,Punjabi,Hindi (Preferred) Location: Patiala, Punjab (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
