Only for warranrty claims. NO REPAIR or SERVICE of the product if out of warranty. They just replace the product if still under warranty. Its on the first floor of the 4 floor building.

Went to check about the Logitech mouse purchased from Amazon which wasn’t working. They just replaced it without a fuss. Took a couple of days to order the replacement and give it to me, though. This office is inside a multi-storeyed building and on the main road, so no parking facilities available.

Good Support centre for claiming Logitech product warranty. They Just look at the issue and go for replacement mostly no questions asked. If product is not available currently you have to wait for 1-3 days for arrival, you will also get sms on that.

Went for replacing failed Logitech mouse, the process was quite fast and simple. Got my replacement in 2 working days though the product was a different color which they confirmed while handing over the failed device.
