Academic Data Administrator (IQAC)

Role Overview: As an Academic Data Administrator (Quality Assurance and audit) at JAIN School of Allied Healthcare & Sciences, you will be responsible for managing institutional quality assurance and accreditation data. Your role will involve ensuring accurate data collection, developing dynamic academic dashboards, preparing IQAC reports, maintaining version-controlled documents, and coordinating academic data handling to meet institutional and accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities: - Be well-versed in AISHE and NAAC frameworks to ensure accurate data collection and timely submissions. - Utilize Power Pivot and advanced data modeling skills to develop dynamic academic dashboards and trend analyses. - Prepare IQAC reports by incorporating institutional feedback, KPIs, and compliance documentation. - Create and maintain version-controlled documents and evidence for accreditation and audits. - Coordinate academic data handling, reporting, and documentation to meet institutional and accreditation standards.
