Job Title: Academic Counselor (Edtech Sales) Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years (Direct Educational/ Edtech Sales Experience Preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Academic Counselor (Edtech Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting provided leads into successful admissions, engaging with partner institutions, and contributing to the organizations business growth objectives. The role also involves counseling students and their parents to help them make informed decisions about educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Convert leads provided by the organization into confirmed admissions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with colleges, institutions, and academic partners. Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets. Counsel students and their parents on academic programs, career pathways, and institutional offerings. Follow up with potential leads and maintain an organized lead database. Represent the organization in outreach activities, events, and seminars as required. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 2 to 5 years in direct sales, preferably in the education or service sector. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet performance targets. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for education and a student-first mindset.
