Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development Executive based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients through lead generation and new business development activities. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth. The executive will also collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and actively contribute to strategic business initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients. Strong skills in Business and Account Management for effective client relationship development and retention. Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to align with company goals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
