About the Role Tagore Public School, Gurugram is looking for a proactive and parent-focused Admission Counselor to manage and convert admission leads into enrolled students. The Admission Counselor will be the primary point of contact for parents, responsible for handling both inbound and outbound communication related to the schools admission process. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to build trust with parents while guiding them smoothly from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Key Responsibilities Proactively call parents using leads generated through marketing and outreach campaigns Respond promptly to parent inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels Explain the schools curriculum, teaching methodology, fee structure, policies, and admission requirements clearly to parents Guide parents through the complete admission and onboarding process, including application submission and documentation Maintain regular follow-ups with interested parents to ensure timely decision-making and enrollment Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, lead status, and admission progress using CRM or internal systems Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Work towards defined admission targets and contribute to overall student enrollment goals Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with outbound calling and handling parent objections or concerns Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead management systems Previous experience in school admissions, education counseling, sales, or customer support is preferred Interested candidates are requested to email their resume to: jobs@schooldost.in Subject : Job ID Admission Counselor Role: Sales Support & Operations - Other Industry Type: E-Learning / EdTech Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Sales Support & Operations
