Job Title: Receptionist – Om Sai Developer Sales Office Location: Subhash Nagar, Chembur East Department: Sales & Customer Relations Reports To: Sales Manager / Office Manager ⸻ Job Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and potential buyers at the real estate developer’s sales office. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable, organized, and stocked with promotional materials. • Manage visitor logs and schedule appointments for the sales team. • Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials, brochures, and project information kits. • Coordinate with sales executives to update client visit schedules and follow-ups. • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry of client information into CRM systems. • Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies inventory. • Provide general support to the sales and marketing departments as needed. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills: • Well Spoken in Emglish , Marathi and Hindi languages. • Well-groomed, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ⸻ Work Environment: • Office-based position located in the sales office or project site.
