Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing all Ab Initio environments, ensuring security, cluster setup, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring. Your role will involve troubleshooting failed jobs, configuring security policies, and performing maintenance activities such as patching and upgrades. Additionally, you will utilize your strong knowledge of Ab Initio tools and data warehousing concepts to contribute to ETL processes and data integration best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Ab Initio tools, including Co-Op, EME, GDE, and other components. - Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data integration best practices. - Manage all Ab Initio environments, including security, cluster setup, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring. - Perform cluster maintenance activities such as patching, Co-Op upgrades, EME backup and recovery, user provisioning, and automation of routine tasks. - Troubleshoot failed jobs and configure/maintain security policies effectively. - Utilize SQL for querying and manipulating data. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Ab Initio administration. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Proficiency in managing Ab Initio environments and troubleshooting issues. - Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
