Key Responsibilities Develop creative interior design concepts and mood boards based on client requirements. Prepare space planning layouts, detailed working drawings, and 3D visualizations. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor items that align with the design intent and budget. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams during all project stages. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Stay up-to-date with trends, materials, and innovations in interior design. Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and ergonomic standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a recognized institute. 1–3 years of professional experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong design sensibility with good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
