Reviewing & approving the quality plan for effective measurement. Control on non-confirming products. Define Structure Of Quality System Document Data Control Plan and Implement internal Quality Audit Control of Quality Records Liaison with certifying body / External Body To ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are being initiated Reporting on performance of the quality system for management review as a basis for improvement Responsible for awareness of customer & regulatory requirements throughout the organization. Responsible for maintaining integrity of quality management system when changes to the quality management system are planned & implemented. Coordination with supplier and customer on quality issues. Identification & analysis of various failures and its root cause analysis. Reporting to top management about the performance of system.
