Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in air ticketing and travel operations . The role is completely work from home and requires availability during night shift hours. Key Responsibilities: Air ticket issuance, reissue, and refunds Handling complex ticketing scenarios efficiently Working on GDS systems: Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre Designing and selling tailor-made holiday packages Hotel bookings through B2B and B2C platforms Coordinating with sub-agents via Business WhatsApp Handling direct customers professionally Providing excellent customer support and follow-ups Required Skills & Expertise: Strong command over Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre Excellent knowledge of: Ticket issuance Reissue Refunds Experience in customized holiday packages Hotel booking experience (B2B & B2C) Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently in a night shift WFH setup Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years in travel ticketing / travel consultancy (preferred)
