Deputy Manager Legal Experience and Qualification - Law Graduation with 5 to 8 years of experience - Should possess a combination of legal practice and industry experience - Should have experience in company-related legal matters / corporate law - Good and effective communication skills-both written and oral Duties and Responsibilities Draft agreements and memorandum of Understandings (MOU) Vet the agreements/MOUs drafted by other Counsel/s Monitor and co-ordinate with Lawyers regarding cases pending in various Courts. Advise the management on legal compliance matters Advice various department/s and branch offices as and when sought. Represent the Company in various Courts. Advise on arbitration proceedings and keep close liaison between the company and legal consultants
