Prepares Client Requirement Sheet Key responsibilities are to take quantities, analyse materials and labor costs, coordinate with vendors for pricing. Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for interior projects by analysing floor plans, 3D designs, and 2D drawings. Drafts PO's from approved quotes. Analyse project plans and drawings to take quantities for all materials needed. Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations from vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Work closely with design and project teams to select materials and ensure all aspects of the design are accounted for. Assist in optimising project costs without compromising quality. Work Flow Analyse architectural plans, 3D models, and client specifications to understand the project scope. Perform quantity take-offs to determine the amount of each material required. Obtain quotations from various suppliers and subcontractors. Compile all the information to create a detailed cost estimate and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Draft and submit the final estimate to the client. Respond to client queries and assist in negotiations to secure the project.
