Aarvi Encon is a good company. The company is very well organized and managed. The Director, Managers and the staff are very good with their behaviours. There is a very friendly and comfortable environment. Our salaries were on time and fully paid, in the pandemic situation as well.

I don't know why people are posting negative review. I bet no other company would be taking care of employees as Aarvi do. As far as I am concern, company is continuously performing towards betterment of employees and taking good care of them. Best place to work.
