Executive / Project Assistant – World-Class Education Project (Ahmedabad) We are currently in the foundation phase of building a world-class, education-first school. This is a long-term institution-building project, and not a routine administrative setup. The work involves close coordination with leading architects, senior academicians, and professionals with global exposure, as we shape the school from the ground up. We are looking for a sharp, dependable assistant to support the day-to-day execution and coordination, allowing leadership to focus on direction, decisions, and quality. This is a hands-on, working role, not a theoretical or purely clerical position. Role Overview (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) • Coordinating calls, meetings, schedules, and follow-ups • Managing emails, documents, drafts, and version control • Tracking tasks across academics, architects, consultants, and vendors • Preparing notes, summaries, and action lists • Following up persistently until tasks are closed • Basic research and information compilation as required • Supporting daily execution during the school’s foundation phase This role requires ownership, clarity, and discipline, not passive assistance. Global Orientation & Exposure (Important) As this project is being developed to global standards, the role will involve interaction with high-calibre professionals, both Indian and international.
