Create, post, and manage engaging content on social media platforms. Work with design and content teams to produce marketing creatives. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports. Role & responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate sector . Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person meetings. Generate qualified B2B leads through market research, email campaigns, networking, and cold calls. Pitch Aalzatech CRM solutions to real estate builders, developers and channel partners / brokers. Understand client pain points and Conduct product demos and present proposals to decision-makers. Build and manage the complete sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups. Negotiate deals and close sales. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely smooth onboarding and support. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to product and marketing teams. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 8 year of proven experience in B2B SaaS or software sales (Real Estate domain / SaaS/IT sales preferred). Experience in CRM, ERP, or software sales to real estate is a strong plus. Strong presentation, communication skills, overcome objections and negotiation skills. Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Ability to work independently and manage targets. Prior experience in using CRMs and sales tools. Self-motivated with strong Sales conversion and closure ability. Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
