Aakriti Esta is a good residential society at Tellapur, West Hyderabad, in proximity distance from IT Hubs. This society has close to 200 flats, and residents here are very much cooperative and they are peace lover.

I have talked to many existing customers before booking flat with akriti..literally many people scolding this brand like anything..people are very much frustrated with their false commitments for posession and registrations..i dont recommend or prefer this builder ..

We have visited in may 2019 and thought of booking the flat. They promised flat hand over will be done by dec 2019. We did not invest in this thinking it would not be possible and luckily we were right i have visted the site recently and even basement construction is not completed for the block we thought of booking.

First biggest venture Esta of Aakriti located in tellapur offers gated community apartments at affordable price and Mohini sales executive and Raj kumar Asst Manager are very active and prompt in arranging site visit and closed 2 units of my booking in 48 hours customer service is excellent.
