My friend purchased a flat recently here, and is still struggling to get a handover from them. I visited the site and noticed that the flats that are finished in previous blocks are of poor quality. Imperfect finishings and no proper planning for the project and amenities.

Absolutely unresponsive builder. I would not suggest to any one. Take it for granted their projects can get delayed by 2 to 3 years even without pandemic. You cannot get anybody responsible to talk to. Add to it , the mental agony you need to put up with.
