Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries to provide information and support. Prospect and qualify leads in different sectors including Manufacturing, Pharma, Auto-ancillary, Healthcare, Hospitality etc. Actively support business development efforts and execute regional campaigns across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CXOs, IT Heads, and Finance Leads, including identifying and obtaining their contact information. Engage and educate prospective customers on SAP S/4HANA services by following a structured script, sharing relevant service details and customer success stories to initiate meaningful discussions. Conducting primary research on the company by using tools like Probe 42, Lusha and other tele marketing tools. (Knowledge about usage of these tools will be added advantage) Connect with qualified companies, forward verified leads to the sales team via AAKIT system logs, and conduct follow-up calls for unanswered connections Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Maintain and update lead pipeline using CRM tools. Ensure smooth operations by adhering to company policies and procedures, and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Prepare and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and annual reports based on collected data and performance metrics. Uphold high-quality service standards in line with organizational expectations. Continuously update and apply technical knowledge relevant to the role and industry best practices. Collaborate effectively with the team to support shared goals and deliver consistent results. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably within IT, application software, SaaS, or B2B sales. Candidates with relevant experience from related industries are also encouraged to apply. A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets - you thrive on hitting numbers and turning challenges into wins. Comfortable with high-impact outreach methods including cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns to generate quality leads. Passionate about technology, especially ERP and SaaS solutions, with a desire to stay ahead in a fast-evolving space. Quick to understand technical products and confident in communicating their value to potential customers. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals. Sales Manager - SAP

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead SAP solution sales in the Western region. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, strong partner management skills, and the ability to drive high-value deals. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging C-level executives, negotiating complex deals, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, selling, and closing deals related to SAP licenses and services. A growth-oriented approach and a history of year-on-year business expansion are essential. You will work closely with the leadership team to refine the sales strategy, messaging, and process. This position suits individuals who are passionate about selling, motivated by achievement, and driven by performance-based rewards for exceeding annual sales goals. The role also includes active participation in opportunity origination, qualification, deal shaping, sales, negotiation, and closure. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP solution adoption across enterprises. Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders. Lead negotiations and structure complex, high-value enterprise deals. Manage the lead identification process in close coordination with clients and the OEM (SAP), from initiation to closure. Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team. Collaborate with SAP and technology partners to expand market reach. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to continuously refine sales approaches. Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Qualifications & Key Skills: Graduate, preferably MBA, with 2 to 6 years of experience in: Enterprise Software / ERP Sales IT Solutions / SaaS Sales SAP / BI Solutions / Tally Sales Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets. Strong experience in CXO-level engagement with enterprise clients. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills. Ability to independently drive complex sales cycles and close strategic deals. Solid understanding of inside sales, channel partnerships, and business development. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions is a plus. Strong leadership with a solution-driven mindset and sound decision-making capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
