Ltd. is a leading agri-tech and training organization, engaged in providing modern agricultural services, government-backed training programs (AC&ABC, INM), drone-based solutions, and agri-business support. As a Nodal Training Institute (NTI), we work closely with central and state government agencies, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to empower rural communities and promote sustainable agriculture. Position Overview We are seeking a Nodal Officer who will serve as the key coordinator between government bodies, training institutes, farmers, and internal teams. The Nodal Officer will ensure smooth execution of training programs, compliance with scheme guidelines, and effective collaboration with stakeholders. This role requires strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Aakash Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and government agencies (NABARD, MANAGE, NSDC, etc.) for training and accreditation programs and will be responsible for overall revenue generation and management. Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of training programs such as AC&ABC, INM, and other government schemes. Must have 8-10+ years of experience in ensuring compliance with NABARD, MANAGE, NSDC, NABCB, DGCA, and scheme-specific guidelines, maintaining proper documentation and reports. Coordinate with trainers, faculty, and external experts for smooth delivery of courses and skill development modules. Support candidates in project report preparation (DPRs), loan documentation, and linking with banks/financial institutions. Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and inspections to ensure program quality and timely reporting to authorities. Maintain relationships with FPOs, SHGs, and rural entrepreneurs to strengthen outreach and impact. Facilitate partnerships with academic, industry, and government stakeholders for expansion of training activities. Monitor progress of trained candidates and ensure placement/entrepreneurship support post-training. Assist management in drafting MoUs, proposals, and policy documents for new initiatives. Qualification & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Management, or related fields. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in agricultural projects, training programs, or government liaison roles. Familiarity with government schemes (AC&ABC, NSDC, NABARD, NABCB, DGCA regulations, etc.). Strong administrative, coordination, and compliance skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred). Ability to work independently and handle multi-stakeholder engagements. Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and documentation. Key Attributes Leadership and problem-solving ability.
