Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Location: KARNATAKA, ANDHRA PRADESH and TELENGANA. Department: Sales Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head Job Overview: We are looking for a driven and experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage and grow our presence in the assigned territory. The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, onboarding retail partners, and executing go-to-market strategies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products and services reach the right customers through efficient market coverage and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify, onboard, and manage new retail and distribution partners. Educate channel partners on company products, promotions, and business model (e.g., Fix My Genie and Landmark Renewed or other offerings). Ensure product availability, visibility, and branding across r `etail outlets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability. Conduct regular field visits to track performance and build retailer relationships. Deliver regular reports on territory performance, forecasts, and opportunities. Support new product launches and in-store promotional activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or territory management. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel extensively. Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telecom industry, retail technology, or consumer goods industries. Prior experience with retail onboarding or distribution setup. Local language proficiency and regional market knowledge.
