Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, project-level cost tracking, and ensure accurate financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and record daily accounting transactions using the company’s custom online ERP system. Maintain ledgers, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and handle bank reconciliations. Assist in budgeting, project-wise costing, and tracking of plot sales and payments. Generate and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations on time. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, client payments, and vendor settlements. Support internal and external audits and provide required documentation. Ensure compliance with RERA, Income Tax, and other financial regulations. Candidate Requirements: Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 6 moths- 2 years in accounting (experience in real estate or plotting projects preferred) Software Skills: Working knowledge of Tally ERP Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Familiarity with online ERP systems is a plus Other Skills: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, project costing, and real estate accounting. Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and team coordination skills.
