Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Chief Executive Officer to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. In this full-time role, the CEO will be responsible for the following key areas: •Delivery of High-Quality Healthcare Services The CEO will ensure the development and implementation of policies and practices that promote safe and effective patient care, delivering high standards of service aligned with our core value of prioritizing patients. Our hospital is currently accredited at the advanced level by NABH. •Financial Management The CEO will oversee the planning and Monitoring of the annual budget approved by the Board, ensuring prudent resource management within budgetary constraints. This includes negotiating professional, consultant, and service contracts, as well as establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls. •Compliance & Regulations It is essential that the CEO ensures compliance with all local, state, and national laws and regulations governing hospital operations. •Strategic Planning & Execution In collaboration with the Board of Directors, the CEO will develop both short-term and long-term strategic plans for the hospital and its services, communicating these plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders. The CEO will delegate key tasks to ensure the timely execution of strategic initiatives. •Human Resource Management The CEO will effectively manage the hospital's human resources, adhering to established personnel policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Hospital Billing Head. The Key responsibilities of the Billing Head will be Supervise and manage the hospital's billing process to ensure accurate and timely billing of patients and third-party payers (TPAs, insurance companies, and corporations). Oversee the entire cash, credit, and insurance billing, as well as ensure the timely submission of bills/ documents. Lead, guide, and manage the billing team. Train and mentor other team members on billing procedures, software and regulatory requirements Conduct Performance reviews and ensure productivity and engagement standards. Collaborate with other hospital departments to streamline patient data and documentation Minimize billing errors, claim rejections and revenue leakages Monitor outstanding dues and support follow-up on receivables Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical coding standards, and statutory requirements Maintain documentation for tax and regulatory reporting (GST, TDS, etc.) Work with Hospital information systems and billing software Generate financial MIS reports for billing, collections, outstanding dues, and revenue forecasts Analysis of data and trends: to suggest improvements Coordinating with insurance companies and other creditors Handle patient billing inquiries and discrepancies Developing strategies to improve the billing process and revenue cycle management.
