Role 1: Branch Sales Manager DSA Channel Location: Andheri, Borivali, Thane, Vasai | CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA Role 2: Branch Sales Manager Direct Channel Location: Shahapur, Boisar, Thane, Vasai | CTC: 5.50 LPA Key Responsibilities: Drive Home Loan sales through DSA/Direct channels as applicable Recruit, train, and manage sales teams/DSA partners Achieve branch targets for disbursement and sourcing Build strong local market relationships and ensure lead generation Monitor portfolio quality and ensure policy compliance Eligibility: Graduate with experience in Home Loan sales Strong team handling and channel management skills Maximum age: 40 years Candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
