Track weekly metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and flag what’s working based on algorithm-friendly formats. Repurpose content for Facebook and WhatsApp broadcasts/catalogs. Support community management with timely replies to comments/DMs and basic moderation. Conduct creative research: trend scanning, references, and competitor content boards.
