Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. 3. Property Sales: Sell residential and/or commercial properties, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth. 4. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients. 5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate deals and close sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. 6. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records, report sales performance, and adhere to company policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: 1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry 3-4 years experience 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
