Role & responsibilities Redesign or optimise the existing WordPress site for speed, responsiveness, and clean design. Improve SEO performance (on-page + technical + local). Create landing pages with clear call-to-action buttons for appointment bookings and service enquiries. Set up Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Meta Pixel tracking. Integrate WhatsApp, chatbot, and form submissions with real-time lead capture. Ensure full mobile and tablet responsiveness. Strengthen website security, backups, and plugin maintenance. Implement schema markup for doctors, clinics, and Ayurvedic therapies. Requirements: Proven experience developing high-converting websites, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda sectors. Deep understanding of SEO best practices, WordPress optimisation, and Core Web Vitals. Familiarity with tools such as Rank Math/Yoast, WP Rocket, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Strong grasp of UI/UX design, layout composition, and content hierarchy. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to timely delivery. Preferred candidate profile Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation). Knowledge of lead tracking systems or CRM integration.
