Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Engineer located in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. Role Description We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring — and be passionate about automation, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools. Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Set up and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, and Prometheus/Grafana. Manage and optimize log aggregation and analysis using ELK stack, CloudWatch, or other logging tools. Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.). Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure high system uptime and reliability. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Operations roles. Strong experience in multi-cloud environments — AWS (primary), with working knowledge of Azure and GCP. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS). Strong understanding of CI/CD tools — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc. Solid understanding of monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana. Experience with log management tools (e.g., ELK, Loki, CloudWatch). Scripting experience (Bash/Python/Go) for automation and maintenance. Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks is a plus. AWS Certification (Developer or SysOps or DevOps Professional) is a bonus. Nice to Have Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) and GitOps practices. Exposure to cost optimization, policy automation, and FinOps tools. Understanding of networking, load balancers, and service mesh (Istio, Nginx, etc.). Awareness of DevSecOps and automated security scanning tools (Snyk, Trivy, etc.).

Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, and optimize the mechanical systems of our farm robots. You will work closely with embedded, AI, and control engineers to develop robust, field-ready mechanical designs that can withstand the harsh Indian agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities Design and prototype mechanical systems, chassis, suspension, and mounting assemblies for small autonomous robots. Work on mechanical CAD modeling (SolidWorks/Fusion 360/Onshape) for components and assemblies. Develop and test drive systems, linkages, and cutting or weeding mechanisms. Perform structural and thermal analysis using simulation tools (FEA, CFD). Select suitable motors, actuators, gearboxes, and wheels for mobility and payload requirements. Collaborate with electronics and AI teams for sensor placement, enclosures, and integration. Source and manage fabrication from vendors or local workshops (metal, plastic, 3D printing, CNC). Conduct field testing, iterate designs, and ensure reliability in muddy, wet, and uneven terrain. Document mechanical design standards and build processes for future scaling. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in robotics, automotive, or industrial equipment design. Strong proficiency in CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar). Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and DFM principles. Familiarity with actuators, drive trains, and motion systems. Ability to work with embedded/electrical engineers for system integration. Willingness to travel and test prototypes in actual farm conditions. Passion for building tangible, functional products. Good to Have Experience with autonomous or mobile robots. Familiarity with ROS-based platforms and sensor integration. Exposure to agriculture machinery or terrain vehicles. Skills in 3D printing, CNC, and rapid prototyping. Hands-on workshop experience.
