Role Description We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring — and be passionate about automation, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools. Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Set up and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, and Prometheus/Grafana. Manage and optimize log aggregation and analysis using ELK stack, CloudWatch, or other logging tools. Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.). Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure high system uptime and reliability. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Operations roles. Strong experience in multi-cloud environments — AWS (primary), with working knowledge of Azure and GCP. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS). Our vision is to bring reliable automation to small and mid-sized farms through innovation in robotics, AI, and design simplicity. Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, and optimize the mechanical systems of our farm robots. You will work closely with embedded, AI, and control engineers to develop robust, field-ready mechanical designs that can withstand the harsh Indian agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities Design and prototype mechanical systems, chassis, suspension, and mounting assemblies for small autonomous robots. Work on mechanical CAD modeling (SolidWorks/Fusion 360/Onshape) for components and assemblies. Develop and test drive systems, linkages, and cutting or weeding mechanisms. Perform structural and thermal analysis using simulation tools (FEA, CFD). Select suitable motors, actuators, gearboxes, and wheels for mobility and payload requirements. Collaborate with electronics and AI teams for sensor placement, enclosures, and integration. Source and manage fabrication from vendors or local workshops (metal, plastic, 3D printing, CNC). Conduct field testing, iterate designs, and ensure reliability in muddy, wet, and uneven terrain. Document mechanical design standards and build processes for future scaling. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in robotics, automotive, or industrial equipment design.
