Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Engineer located in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and automating infrastructure as code (IaC), implementing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, performing system administration, and managing Linux systems. Daily tasks include collaboration with development teams to enhance software delivery processes and ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure. Role Description We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring — and be passionate about automation, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools. Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Set up and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, and Prometheus/Grafana. Manage and optimize log aggregation and analysis using ELK stack, CloudWatch, or other logging tools. Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.). Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure high system uptime and reliability. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Operations roles. Strong experience in multi-cloud environments — AWS (primary), with working knowledge of Azure and GCP. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS). Strong understanding of CI/CD tools — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc. Solid understanding of monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana. Experience with log management tools (e.g., ELK, Loki, CloudWatch). Scripting experience (Bash/Python/Go) for automation and maintenance. Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks is a plus. AWS Certification (Developer or SysOps or DevOps Professional) is a bonus. Nice to Have Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) and GitOps practices. Exposure to cost optimization, policy automation, and FinOps tools. Understanding of networking, load balancers, and service mesh (Istio, Nginx, etc.). Awareness of DevSecOps and automated security scanning tools (Snyk, Trivy, etc.).
