We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Marketing professional to spearhead our growth in the premium uniform segment. You will be responsible for identifying "Tier-1" institutions, building relationships with HNI decision-makers (Trustees, CEOs, and Directors), and managing the end-to-end conversion process from fabric sampling to final bulk delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Lead Generation * Identify and profile high-value prospects including private schools, healthcare chains, and corporate offices. * Initiate contact with HNI stakeholders through cold-calling, professional networking, and industry-specific exhibitions. * Research competitors to position our fabric quality and design as the superior choice. 2. HNI Relationship Management & Pitching * Conduct sophisticated "Consultative Sales" presentations, focusing on brand identity and garment technology rather than just price. * Manage the sampling process: Coordinating with the design team to create bespoke prototypes that meet the specific aesthetic and functional needs of the client. * Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image that aligns with the premium nature of our products. 3. Pipeline & Conversion * Lead the negotiation process, focusing on value-based selling to protect profit margins. * Manage a meticulous follow-up calendar to navigate the long sales cycles typical of institutional contracts (3–9 months). * Ensure smooth "Trial Runs" and collect feedback for final production adjustments. 4. Account Growth & Reporting * Maintain the CRM with accurate data on lead status, interaction history, and revenue forecasts. * Oversee the transition from "Closed-Won" to "Production," ensuring the delivery team understands the client’s exact specifications.
