The mall stands as a new destination for happiness and excitement in the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager MEP based in Kakinada. The candidate will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the facility. Responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supervising the MEP team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The role requires hands-on oversight of operations, as well as strategic planning and optimization of MEP projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and related technical expertise Experience in Engineering Management and Project Management Strong Team Leadership abilities to manage and support MEP team members Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in compliance with safety standards and local regulations Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred 8 - 13 years of experience in a similar role, especially in the retail or commercial facility sector, will be an advantage
