Job Summary:

Alans Academy is hiring Class 8 subject tutors (all subjects) to record high-quality video classes based on the Kerala State Syllabus. Tutors must teach in Malayalam or English medium and be available for studio recordings at our Kozhikode center. This is a flexible, hourly contract-based role best suited for experienced teachers or subject experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and record Class 8 syllabus-aligned lessons
• Explain concepts clearly in Malayalam or English medium
• Plan lessons in coordination with the academic team
• Ensure video classes are engaging, exam-focused, and conceptually strong
• Teach with confidence in front of a camera and board

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant subject
• Experience teaching Kerala State Syllabus (preferred)
• B.Ed preferred but not mandatory
• Fluent in Malayalam and/or English
• Confident presentation and teaching clarity

Salary:

- Hourly Pay: ₹300 – ₹400
(Based on experience and subject)

• Onsite Only – Studio Recording at Alans Academy, Kozhikode

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
