They take interviews and then when they get to know your package is something they can't handle, they just say we'll let you know. They took my previous payslips and then said I wasn't selected. Why bother take the payslips if that person wasn't shortlisted right? The HR team here sucks..

HRs will call you for interview only to tell you that they are looking for different skills. They don't bother to check resume submitted to them. They work on premitive technology. Best of luck!
