Co-Founder Revive Garage (Two-Wheeler Multi-Brand Servicing & Customisation) Location: Jammu (Expansion Pan-India) Role Type: Equity + Leadership Position Commitment: Full-Time / Founding Team About Revive Garage Revive Garage is on a mission to build India’s most trusted premium two-wheeler multi-brand servicing, repair & customisation brand. With a focus on modern tools, professional technicians, and transparent service quality, we aim to become the go-to name for riders across the country. We are now forming our core founding team, and looking for a passionate, driven Co-Founder who shares our vision of making Revive Garage a reputed and scalable service brand across India. Role Overview As a Co-Founder, you will work directly with the founder to build and scale Revive Garage from the ground up. This is not just a job — it’s an opportunity to shape the company’s strategy, operations, technology, brand identity, and growth roadmap. You will play a key role in building strong systems, designing exceptional customer experience, and scaling operations to multiple cities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Brand Building Co-create the brand positioning of Revive Garage as a premium, reliable, and modern service brand. Develop long-term expansion plans, SOPs, and standardization for future franchise or branch rollouts. Work on marketing, customer experience, and brand partnerships. 2. Operations & Execution Build efficient end-to-end workshop processes: job card system, quality control, service flow, inventory management. Ensure high-quality service output, technician training, and customer satisfaction. Set up new outlets, design layouts, and optimize operations for different city markets. 3. Business Development & Growth Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups, and collaborations. Strengthen revenue streams: servicing, repairs, AMC packages, pickup/drop, customisation, and accessories. Contribute to pricing strategy, customer loyalty programs, and digital initiatives. 4. Team Building & Leadership Hire, train, and manage technicians, supervisors, and future managers. Foster a high-performance work culture focused on trust, customer service, and learning. Lead by example with ownership and accountability. 5. Financial & Business Plannin Support fundraising planning, budgeting, inventory planning, and cost optimization. Create systems for accurate billing, profitability tracking, and workshop performance. Who We're Looking For Someone entrepreneurial, self-driven, and hungry to build a big brand. Experience in automobile service, workshop operations, or business management (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of customer behaviour, service industry standards, and branding. Ability to work in an early-stage startup environment with high ownership and multi-role responsibilities. Passionate about bikes, servicing, engineering, or building customer-centric businesses. Ready to invest time, effort, and leadership in growing Revive Garage nationwide.
