Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Champion Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude. Guide them through the menu and help with choosing flavors, toppings, and sizes. Handle complaints or concerns politely and efficiently. Order Preparation & Presentation Serve yogurt and toppings with cleanliness and precision. Ensure every cup is visually appealing and hygienically prepared. Maintain consistency in portion sizes and quality. Billing & Cash Handling Operate the billing system (POS). Accurately handle cash, UPI, or card payments. Maintain daily sales and payment records properly. Shop Cleanliness & Hygiene Keep the counter, floor, machines, and tables clean at all times. Follow hygiene protocols – gloves, caps, handwashing, etc. Assist in daily cleaning checklists and store closing procedures. Stock Monitoring Inform manager when stock (yogurt, toppings, cups) is running low. Help in basic inventory management and restocking as needed. Team Spirit & Shop Energy Maintain a positive vibe and energetic presence. Coordinate with fellow teammates smoothly during peak hours.
