3D Designer - Architectural and Interior

You will be joining a well-established firm with over a decade of experience in Architectural and Interior design projects across PAN India. The successful completion of various projects in Residential and Commercial sectors showcases the firm's expertise in this field. Some of the recent projects include the Jung-e-Azadi Memorial/Museum, Hard Rock Hotel, Ibiza Resort, Heritage Row house, India Paratha Company Restaurant, and Marble Arch Row house. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize technical skills in software such as 3Ds Max, V Ray, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and other related software for 3D design projects. - Handle tasks ranging from site surveys, concept design presentations, 3D presentations, construction drawings, bill of quantities, material selection, execution, site visits to project management effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 50% marks in 10th grade, a diploma or 12th grade. - Preferred to have a bachelor's degree with over 60% marks. - Soft skills like creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills are highly valued.
