3D Artist – Architectural Visualization

We’re hiring full-time 3D artists for interior and exterior architectural visualization projects at our Kolkata studio. Strong portfolio is mandatory.

3D Architectural Visualization Artist — Kolkata (Full-Time)

Skylark Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing architectural visualization company with offices in Kolkata and Mumbai. We produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals for residential and commercial real-estate projects. We are hiring a dedicated 3D Visualization Artist for our Kolkata team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build clean 3D models from CAD drawings for interior and exterior projects
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera setups
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renders
• Perform post-processing in Photoshop
• Handle revisions and work within project timelines
• Collaborate with designers to maintain workflow quality

Required Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in 3D visualization
• Strong proficiency in:
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• Lighting and Rendering
• Photoshop
• Good understanding of composition, realism, and detailing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Experience with residential and commercial real-estate rendering
• Knowledge of D5 Render (added advantage)
